Lene Saarup Mortensen built the Adoption Risk Radar. She has worked with technology adoption for twenty years, most of them in and around the pharmaceutical industry, on the human and organisational side of implementations: the part where most initiatives succeed or fail. The Radar condenses that practice, and a Berkeley ExecEd capstone, into a tool she designed and built herself with Claude as the coding partner.
